If your wanting to be in the HVAC-R drop the Housekeeping In blue. Make you sound like mostly what you do is a Janitor.
Talk more about your Maint work.
DO you PM on AC
Belts
Filter
Clean Coils
PTAC change out or repair cleaning
Do you do electrical repair Even if minor
Do you do any form of plumping
You don't have to go into detail bluets are great
Remember you want them to call and ask for more information.
And I need to be able to scan it over in less then 1 min about 30 seconds.

I would lose the Organ but looks good.
Looks like a Maint Generalist now.
I would start doing the stopping in thing thing with snacks coffee ect.... and each time with a resume don't be pushy just friendly and hungry to work.
Remember Networking will get the in the door. make your self know a the Locate Supply Houses Always have a copy(s) of your resume with you (in your vehicle).
