    Ribs for the MIL

    I added extra pepper.

    Mmmm... how do you prepare and cook them? I've never been good at cooking ribs.

    I use Kosher salt, fresh black pepper and rub form Myron Mixon. Have a offset wood smoker in the back yard, takes about 3 hours at 250F.

    Lowes has a nice offset Oklahoma wood smoker for $299.
