Thumbs up Beautiful 381 DOW DROP

The 1-Trillion bill passes and the Markets REACT!.

    Dow drops by 381 points.

I hope the DOW drops a lot more and quickly. The closer we get to ground Zero, the better things will look up.

Rape and pillage. Even the elites know the United States of America is going down. Might as well take as much as you can, while it lasts.
Sad. We once were a great nation.

Yes, when the insiders are bailing and getting OUT, that's never a good sign.

I tell you, a mild Depression sure is looking more and more imminent.

    Anyone feels depressed?

I heard that, who ever thought that it would only take one fool eight year to knock America's wee wee in the dirt?

I didn't realize Bush passed this latest "stimulus" bill.

He did'nt, its because of him that America needs a real stimulus bill and I am not talking about money people would send to Opec, I am talking about some thing that would take Opec out of the picture. Better wording would be to phase them out.

Oh, well that must be in the portion of the stimulus bill that no one has gotten to yet...

I'm very disappointed with comments like that.

Explain, if you will, how that is 'Stimulus'? It is NOT. It is a spending bill pure and simple and as such should be part of the budget process. This 'Stimulus' bill should only have been for 'Stimulating' the economy. Not for any spending that takes more than the next budget year to get going. Some estimates only put that at 16%.

So, maybe there should have been a 86 Billion dollar Stimulus bill? And the rest goes through the true Budget process.

Some people just want a quick fix.

Ita like when a plug wire goes out on a car some people just want to half a$$ it/ or be conservative by just replacing the one wire, were as a smart person would change all the wires to insure that the car run for a long time with out a glitch.

Drop in the Dow, and SOMEONE is buying HUGE quantities of gold.

    Your analog is very lacking.

Smart and conservative aren't mutually exclusive. Any idiot knows you replace the whole set and while you're at it, replace the plugs as well.

Saves on labor for one thing.
