    Is that the uniweld Cap'n hook torch tip, or is it something else?

    Looks nice and neat. Good idea with the heat shield. I usually use a small cotton welding blanket on mine. Forgive my ignorance but is that staybright 8? I've heard of people using it but I've never tried it. Over here we have to shield the low voltage wire when it runs outside so carflex is our best friend.

    It's leftover tape, from taping it to pipes to run nitrogen through them.
