    and kill the compressor or condenser fan motor
    my question is: why you put filter in front of condenser coil when there is no need to keep it clean from dirt, since is a clean place, plus water was on the roof no need to pull 300 ft hose from another place.

    If unit is in FL, it might be there for the duration of the "love bug" season which is much worse than cottonwood fluff in my estimation..

    ...and peanut oil (as well as others) converts into an epoxy plastic coating with time, heat and dust.... Gadzooks I hate kitchen refrigeration. And those who call themselves professional cooks.....

    Filter is there all year round
    customer have a contract to replace filters every 30 days

    If it prevents service calls and is cheaper than cleaning coils every few months, more power to them.
