What's the case model number?
Is it located with at least 2" of air space behind it or is it tight to the wall, another case, etc?
Is this a new problem? Is it an old case?
Is the air in the store at no more than 75°Fdb and 55%RH?
Anyway, for multidecks, I have had good luck installing small squirrel cage blowers across the back of the case up at the top to induse airflow uder the case and up the wall.
Raise the surface temperature of the bottom of your case above the dewpoint of the air in the store and you will stop the sweating.
