Co-worker's shame
Here are some pctures of one of my co-worker's installs. He calls himself "Starr-man". This is typical of one of his installs, and he still has a job.
If it wasn't for the pay, I would have a new job.

Does your boss even visit the job site when it`s completed?

i barely get paid more and I do service, install and take call every other weekend. all he does is install........poorly.

do you get call backs on his work ? service calls on the weekend?? Than your boss needs to come see one of your buddy's installs-- let your boss no It is his reputation the guy is playin with

yeah, we get call backs, that is where i got these pictures, he didnt turn on the gas cock. i have tried to get him fired, but i think there is something behind the scenes with him and the boss. i have more pictures of his work, and they are all the same. this guy couldnt even pass the NATE exam. he got a 44%. doesn't even have EPA certification.
