    Need Hill Phoenix SMS Software

I need to load this on a new computer. I used to be able to find it on the HP site but I am not having any luck today. I tried Google too.

    Anyone have a link?

    Update:

No one has this software including Hill Phoenix. The engineering staff for my customer has also been in touch with HP.

I was informed this morning by my customer they will no longer be using the SMS system and from now on when we encounter issues with this system we are to remove it and install standard TXVs.

The only info on the interwebs is as follows:

    https://web.archive.org/web/20090824...ations_1-5.pdf
    https://web.archive.org/web/20100326..._v3_2_1_1a.exe
    https://web.archive.org/web/20090822...e_v3_2_0_9.exe

Additionally, there's an htalk thread that mentions that you need a dongle to activate the software, and the PDF above shows that you also need a special IR dongle to talk to the device. Seems like a fine example of how an electronic device that works is crippled by the lack of support from the manufacturer.
BTW the exe links are there just for reference to the actual file name, but the downloads do not work and were not cached by wayback machine.

Yeah we have the dongle and a computer we use it with, but the newer systems require a newer version of the software than we have. HP said when they updated their website they "lost" the program and can not find a backup.

Oh well, the problem is moot now.

I have a zip file that contains the program, but don't think there's a way to upload it here.
I'm happy to email it if it's still needed.

Bunny, I thought you might have a copy of that.

You can upload it using the file attachment "Paperclip" in the advanced reply editor, but for the site software to accept a .zip file you have to rename the file to an accepted format like .pdf and it'll upload OK. The receipient just has to rename it back to a .zip to open it.

Here's a .zip file I just uploaded after renaminmg to a .pdf file.

It works for me. Thanks, bunny.

Just download the .pdf, then rename it as a .zip file. Then you can open it and extract the contents.
