    I don’t even see a relief valve.

    relief valve is to the left of the pump in the picture. Outlet is facing away from the camera.

    Glennac - Failed my biology test today: They asked, "What is commonly found in cells?" Apparently "BL*** people" wasn't the correct answer.

    Is it seized shut? Would be par for that horrendous course.

    I didnt test it. I didnt touch anything except the access door that was already off.

    Havent heard back from Mr. Slum Lord. I dont expect to. This guy...gets "good deals" on purchasing these complexes. Never asks me to look at them first. Then pisses and moans when I condemn some major part of the place. This case, 4 boilers, at about 16k total. His last one was 4 hot water tanks, and 5 boiler repipes (hwt - bad venting, boilers - no air elimination or purge method).

    Mr Slum Lord will soon be listed in an obituary notice as having taken an attempt to get to the moon by means of reactive boiler propulsion.
