    Could be , but I'd say they didn't pay the bill from original service call, so company came back and took out what they installed

    I'm not so sure I would want to do work for a company that allows that kind of workmanship, indicates either they do things themselves or hire cheap, CHEAP help, until they get into this kind of trouble, that is. Problem is, if you make it right, and they let some other monkey screw it up down the road, are you going to have liability issues, (and they'll have documentation to prove that), since you've laid hands on it?

    These large national retail chains. The ones that use IVR, i dont think they know what goes on tbh..More accounts keeps me employed, I'm not complaining lol
