    Go in cheap so you have a high volume? Over worked and under paid?
    If you were a real tech, you'd solder a relay on that board and call it good to go.

    Honestly, with a shortage of tech's and almost no good tech's on the market, who exactly is he going after with this plea? If you really want a good tech you better be ready to wine and dine.

    One thing I must admit though is that I would take the me from ten years ago over the current me in most situations. The physical nature of this field is what demands youth. Us older fellas fall a little short there as much as we hate to admit it.

    I have a experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) Service and have my own tools box for servicing. Willing to travel anywhere with valid License.
