    True Pass Thru Oven

    I am working on a TA1HPT-2HS-2HS pass thru oven that will not get to 180deg.
    the temp stays at 160deg the t-stat is still sending power but the amp draw is only 2 amps.
    does anyone know how to get into the heating elements, I don't have a breakdown or see
    any screws inside the cabinet. also can't find it on true website

    That's just a warming cabinet. Not an oven. Honestly didn't know True made those.

    Well, as with ANY R/I refrigeration manufacturer, they don't offer much in their manuals.

    Did you call True? They're the one's that made it. I'd have called them after fifteen minutes of when I started scratching my head about it. I'm not proud. They can certainly tell you how to crack it open. Your customer would appreciate you speeding up the repair as well.

    You are correct I miss spoke calling it a oven it is just a warmer, just use to what our kitchen staff call it. I work in maintenance in the facility where it is
