    I'm in a slump

I've been in a slump for 4 or 5 months now. I've been motivated but I work for my dad's company and I only get praise if I bring home a fat check. I have been hoping for sman4 for a while but my ex Sallie mea has been taking my money for a while now. I went through being diagnosed while UC or ibd and I'm better at the moment. I have one more class to complete an associates degree in business administration and hvacr.that class is either calculus or trig. The ibd made me drop the class. I have not been keeping up with as much industry news or Honeywell webnairs or other manufacturers training nor trying to prepare for nate or bpi certification test. I'm down. Any ways you got back up?

    Stop working for your dad.

It's a big world out there.

Fortunately, you can make choices to improve your situation. Some people cannot.

8 years ,4yrs in school and 4 years of apprenticeship. I have the NJ hvacr license. I really want a business of my own. I heard the mumbo-jumbo,it's stressful, time consuming, headache, but it's rewarding. I have saw the industry going wireless and scheduling calls on an app 7 years ago. I see more value in texting numbers for scheduling and reminders. I enjoy business and believe in recruiting from a valuable school system either the community college and or foris tech or Lincoln tech, or having a tech trained in house.

I would work on getting that plumbing license too, because it has a high barrier to entry and you can bid those jobs and pull permits. You can have a business that can run hydronic and warm air calls.
