    Working for Carrier

    Can anyone tell me if Carrier service managers get bonuses or commisions on to of their salary?

    I can't imagine anyone taking the job without the probability of a bonus.
    After all,you are in a non enviable position of being between your techs ,your customers,and your boss(es).And likely salary with no OT.

    At york ,svc mgs usually got bonuses,can't tell you what it's like now though.
