    Question looking for oil burner work

    I want to do oil burner service, I live in the louisville ky area, do I have a snowballs chance in hell?

    mid-west is Nat. gas and Propane country. The only places i know that burn oil are oil change places and mom and pop car repair. Also anyplace servicing diesel trucks..lot of oil to burn for heat there. All of the oil from oil changes of course.

    Lot's of oil in Michigan where I am at. Delaware, Pa, Jersey and points north, you're gonna be moving soon.

    Move to S.W. Pa. ALL the oil work you want.

    There's still plenty up here in Newengland, at least for now, but many guys have been layed off, it's tough all over.

    thanks, I live on louisville ky

    I moved here 2 yrs ago, and I love it here, but I still want to do what I know best, oil heat. I learned to do it, and stay fairly clean, its not bad, if someone trains you right.

    Could never figure out how one micro spec of soot could turn you black from elbow to *sshole...
