The only one I still trust is the Paragon 9145 electronic. The old mechanical Paragons were great when they were made in the states. When they started making them in mexico I thought that was the end...until they went to China. Now everybody and his monkey has pasted his name on them...like Supco and others. Baker Dist has them name branded in their IceCold line. Cheap junk that costs too much and only last a few years. In the old days they lasted five times as long.

As pecmsg said, the Grasslin can't take any load without burning up the output relay. The only thing I likes about them was their water-tight enclosures.

How hard is it to change out a faulty clock with a ke2 controller? Installed one on a walk in I was changing out an evap coil on and I really liked it.

Without getting into prices a timeclock is 1/4 or 1/3 of the price of the KE 2. Not including additional wiring.

The KE2, is a good product , controls the whole system from the 1 unit . We installed the first couple at the evap, , to cold in a freezer room when fault finding , scrolling thru menus etch. Much better installed out of the cooled space. . Personally I find there flow and access to parameters more difficult than other products .

X2. I have found the 9145 much more reliable, which probably explains the big price jump at one of our wholesalers this year. Lol

9145 is the only clock I put in. The mechanical ones will only last a few years now, like ice said they don't make them like they use to.

Yeah. I think that part number is for a 208-230 volt model. But none the less. Never gave me any call backs! Atleast not in 4 years

Shouldn't you have a contactor running the compressor anyways

9145 is dual voltage. One less part to carry.
