Combi Rational Oven
CPC-102 Can't get the fan wheel off the motor shaft. I've pulled the bolt out of the shaft but it won't budge. Any ideas?
Thanks

have you tried a hub core puller? oiling the shaft and sliding the wheel back and forth? if your replacing the motor sometimes your best bet is to order the motor and the wheel, and just cut it out with a recipricating saw

A puller didn't work until we heated it with a torch. Turns out the shaft is tapered.

I havent worked on one in over ten years but blodgett blower wheels and rational years ago had threads in the blower hub so you could use a bolt to push off the wheel.

most of the times you wont be able to split them. if it like a southbend or a garland. they aint comming apart. from the years and temps. they fuse together. anytime i order a motor for a oven i also order a fan
