If the house is too big for the 3 ton but too small for the 5 ton what does Bubba do? 3.5 or 4 ton? And when do you use a 2.5 ton?

    This is way too complicated.

Yeah, it's a joke, and the trick is to keep backing up till everyone needs a five ton. . . .

but I had a boss once who had a piece of paper with a hole in it and he'd pace off a certain number of steps (his "trade secret" was how many steps) and look through the hole. That is honest to god how he sized equipment. Well, that and changing them out when they were too small.

Man, I hate idiots like that.

Won't happen, you just got it out of focus, move forward or back some and it will size right up. Anyway, a three ton is good for any house with a two car garage, five ton over that. Hat's off to Bubba!

    Don

What's the chance that you would let me
use your sizing thing on my web site. I
will post a link back to your site.

    Thanks 30yr.

Yeah sure, no problem. Glad you like it!

Here is a zip file you can download. sizer.zip. It contains the 4 images and 1 html page. Just unzip them into one directory and it should work just like this one sizer.htm.

    BETA test.

Many contractors are still using the BETA and decided against the upgrade.

If you stand really close to the house, you can sell maybe 2 or 3 5ton units.
