    That Flue-doo That You Do

    Do I even have to tell you what's wrong with this? Of course it runs 20 feet across an unfinished crawlspace to the outside wall of the house, where it runs up to the roof.

    Uh Oh he forgot to put a trap in that there flue condensate drain, nice condensate storage tank.
    Build it and it will break. Fix it and it will work. Ignore it and will cost more. Patch it and it will get worse. Cross the bridge before the flood.
