    McQuay low disharge temp fault

McQuay with this alarm tripping about every two week or so with this alarm. Checked econ minimum position and osa lock out for mech cooling. Has any one ran into this. This unit is a maverick and has been a issue from day one.

default setting is 40 degrees. it is adjustable from 20-50. is there heat in the unit? for some reason the discharge air is getting below the setting. check all settings.

I wish I had more info right now. It is 40 ton vav unit w/o and heat source. Maverick was written on the manual. I was there on a different problem a month or so ago. I am posting this for a fellow tech. This happens when it is colder outside, so I think it is econ related, but it doesn't happen all the time. This unit is not even a year old yet.
