3 strikes your out!!
We picked up an account a couple months ago that the previous company has hacked. My camera phone has been busy.
3 motors and the make up air is still shot. Blown out bearings destroyed housing etc. Wonder why they lost the account
$$$$$$$$ and lots of OT

It's amazing the parts you find on the roofs of commercial buildings that were changed........compessors, motors, contactors, capacitors, belts.....You know!
I have seen units sitting that were disconnected or changed and just left there.

but if you leave the old RTU up there the birds will have a place to sleep... It's funny because one of those old left to rot units saved me one Saturday night when the IFM contactor went on the new one, I robbed it off the old decaying one until I could get a new one Monday morning.
