    Nest Thermostat 3rd Generation

Just curious.... Has anyone in the profession used one of the NEST Thermostats? And if so, were your clients happy with it?

I used one, but 2nd gen. For myself as a test.

    IT IS POO.

Too many episodes of waking up cold and having it get reprogrammed by the dog's tail action.

There's absolutely NO reason for a thermostat to get build updates on a frequent basis. This tells you something (problematic junk). Shoot, my phone or windows based pc doesnt have half as many updates as that stat gets.

We do not use the nest tstats on any installs or as replacements. Too many issues.
