    Nice work. Have you every thought of making small mistakes on purpose in order to test us? I assume that the filter acces is by the water heater, if not, that is a neat door.

    Nice work. Our inspector is starting to require drain pans and float switches even in unfinished basement. Even when the floor drain is close by.

    do you know anything about how reliable or not reliable the whirlpool water heaters are?
    my land lord is using them now instead of state water heaters.
