    FX40 help...

I have a facility that has multiple VMA's in a public area, the customer wants the stats locked down. I know how to do this with HVACPro, is there a way to do this through the FX? Or do I have to change in HvacPro, save, and change prn? (nightmare) Can I delete read point add rwpoint for acthtgsp and actclg sp without ill effects?

Just bring in the warm/cool adjust or remote setpoint ai as a numeric writable and you can override to your heart's content

Brought WCADJ in and it is showing fault. It is not giving me a fault cause. Do you know the name of the remote setpoint point?

I took COMMONSP to 0.0 and added values for CSP and HSP. I dont think I have seen a point for remote sp.

WC-ADJ and remote are the same point.

What type of stat is it (digital or slide adjust type)? And are the VMAs N2 or lon?

We don't currently have any FX40 sites where the customer desired to override the setpoint adjust so the points are mapped in as non-writeable. In NCMs and NAEs though we have customers that do this and it works fine.

So i would think that mapping AI2 as a numeric writeable should allow you to override it from the FX40.

WC-ADJ was reading fault because it was at -5 and I guess at lowest setting.
Overrode point to 0.0 and took CommonSp to 0.0 deg and set CSP and HSP and then it allowed ActSP to be presented. I think I got it. If anyone has a better way, gimme a shout. Thanks.
