No more a right then not having it, getting sick and not being able to pay for your care, going bankrupt and letting everyone else pay for someone slacking

Politicians need to be changed like diapers, and for the same reason.

America has a tradition of county hospitals and religious charity hospitals where people with no money can walk in and get some of treatment. What more of a right do people need?

The fact is, there's no proof up to 80% of the pills the health care industry is dishing out help anyone

County hospitals are funded by taxpayer and all the religious hospitals have been merged into private hospitals

Are interstate freeways, bridges, police, our military, paramedics, firefighters our Rights? Well, if healthcare is not a Right, it should come before these services.

No, it's not a right, although the entitlement crowd would have us believe so. That said, we should provide a way to make sure that those who can't afford health insurance get taken care of.

A proper expectation, given American Principals.

Obama had the right idea, just pathetic planning and execution. Oh, and he should have kept the Far Left/Socialist agenda out of it. It might have made the difference between success and slow death.

Hopefully, Trump and all of congress will hammer out a plan that will work.

Oh, wait. That's right. The Democrats have promised to obstruct Trump wherever possible on all matters, but particularly Obamacare. But that's not in America's best interest, is it? No, but we've come to expect nothing less. Especially with Nancy Pelosi and Michael Moore leading the charge. Odd...are they sisters?

So make that Trump and the Republican congress. Minus the RINOs, of course.

Waxing sarcastic there. I truly do hope that the entirety of Congress can and will pull together in the best interests of America. They can if they will.

I'd say they are all tied to each other. But still, if the question is "are they rights?", the answer is no. They are reasonable expectations and should be provided in any society that is developed enough to do so.

But that does not mean that obamacare should remain. As others have suggested, parts of it should, but it needs a major overhaul. If it doesn't get it, it will explode and injure many.

Maybe Corporate Pharmaceutical companies could pay for healthcare for the indigent and low income population. Lord knows they make huge, huge profits. And you know those Corporate boys...they will weed out the scammers.
