The ref. lines were to short so he had to leave that old pad there. That is sad. That is just being lazy.

I can picture the Tech standing there with his hands up like he just changed a rear tire in a Nascar pit race.... and he's proud of it....

Tired Of Slow, Know Nothing Techs!

For all the Quasi Business Owners and Seeming Service Techs that feel the need to reply with your unsolicited, meaningless rants and remarks, look in the mirror and ask your self, ...Why am I, so mad? …Is my life really this meaningless?

Looking for QUALIFIED / EXPERIENCED service techs.

MUST have recent home warranty experience.

MUST be able to diagnose and complete the repair within an hour, (excluding comp, txv, reversing valve or change-out).

MUST be able to work on and repair junk! with out a wiring diagram, quickly and efficiently, this isn’t chas roberts where everything is 1-5 years old. YOU KNOW who you are, so don’t even bother applying and wasting our time if you are not qualified and don’t know the home warranty game, period.

This is a fast paced game and we WILL pay you what your worth. (this phrase seems to bother many people... Maybe because they are afraid someone will discover the truth!)

    Must have clean driving record!
Must be reliable and hard working!
    Fully stocked vehicle!
No benefits! BECAUSE WE PAY MORE!!!

That is the new style, keeps the dead grass from showing when they use a different slab.

    Condenser drive by install

This is the new install method "a drive by", I wonder if they even set foot on the ground, no tire tracks. Remember! "You get what you pay for"

That Craigslist guys post pisses me off. Who the f^c% does he think he is? I know there are people who thrive working with those conditions. But it does nothing for the hard working people that actually do the right things for their customers. God, people like this should be treated like the ones who take money for a tree job or any other disaster area and fail. Felony charges!!!!! People who take advantage of others should be bagged.
