New form of head pressure control

Just remove the fan blade altogether.

Doing a bearing and shive replacement on a big utility fan today and i saw this little condensor fan blade laying underneath it. I didn't think much of it at the time i until walked by this little refer condensor that felt really hot. I looked inside and thats when i put 2 and 2 together.
Liquid line was hot. But glass was still clear. In the 70's today. I doubt it'll continue to run with ambients much higher than that.

    Very true,
I guess everybodys in a hurry here to do it right. Most likely its their boss's fault. Did you see the guy who posted the craigslist ad looking for techs? I wanted to tell the resturant manager about it. But, like i said i was called out to work on their exhaust fan and i didn't really want to bad mouth the resturants refer company.
