    it doesnt matter whether its new construction or retrofit, vavs and vvts can be installed.
    I dont install leaks, i just fix em

    Hey tit there is no real answer to that ,some guys can retro them in really good and some can newly install them really good. I have no preference. It all depends on the type of job you have.
