Sounds delicious to me...1100lb hamburger. I wonder how much it would cost for 15 gallons of ketchup, 18 heads of lettuce and 10 flats of tomatoes and a bread truck full of buns.

I've raised a couple of these !! I mean we hand raised 2 jersey steers for butcher. They are small but very good tender beef when dressed out at the packing plant. Now a days we buy at the local grocery..
