    USA techs or Europaen / Foreign Techs ?

    Which country do you think has the better overall technicians ? I was just wondering as I was reading some literature from some european HVAC industry paper and they seemed to be of the opinion that overall , they are more knowledgable and professional than our / or any other country's techs. This was a couple years ago but it has bugged me a little , they were beating us up a little bit in that story. Basically said we were hacks.
