Food Service Repair Training Materials

Hello, I'm wondering where you can get training materials for repairing food service gear.
I am looking to expand my father's light commercial refrigeration business into food service repair next year when I take it over.
We have a book but it's pretty old and I would like to find something CD based or at least dealing with newer gear.

I would start by looking online at the manufacturer's websites. Most have manuals online that can be downloaded; and if they have training seminars available. Next I would check your local suppliers. Most can get you manuals if you are licensed for such. They sometimes can let you know when factory training is available.
