    Earth to air DX geo

Has anyone ever delt with an Earth to Air Dx Geo system? We took over an account with 3 of these in their home, 2 of the 3 were down, all of them low on gas and 1 compressor dead. First we could not find any information or documentation on the systems and no info on how much refrigerant were in each system. I called the phone number for the company and no matter what extension I picked the same guy would answer but in each different department. so I left a few messages and 2 weeks later got a phone call back. The gentleman I spoke to sounded very knowledgeable and said he would answer any technical questions we had but refused to send us any documentation to support his equipment, because were not a dealer. The home owner had these installed new in 2011, and his installing contractor ran for the hills. Now 5 years later with countless problems the home owner feels trapped and wants out. has anyone come across these? these things make a Hydron module look like a gem.
