    Smile kitchen equip.

    Do you have to have a lic. to work on commercial kitchen equip. And does anyone know of any class's or schools for this. it has ben a long time since i have worked on any ovens or anything like that. would be nice to be brought up to date on things. I have a ok. contractors lic. for heating a/c and refrigeration. thanks

    I would think it would depend on the individual state. Georgia only asks for a business license and insurance.

    Training usually comes from a Manufacturer through their service/parts depot. Call and ask that they put you on their school list.
