I would say the circuit is not making to the fan in stage 1. Sounds like a control issue.

It should be, the unit number that was given has an ECM blower, I don't know why it wouldn't.

Example; LGH060H4ES1G, This is a model that I care for about 50 of, across various sites. All the same, 2 stage scrolls, all. There are a handful of 3 tonners, too. Those for some reason come either way, single and two stage compressors.

Anyway, sounds like OP may need to update the Prodigy firmware. An M2 board of that vintage may or may not be USB-flashable.

When I run that model number, I come up with a brochure that shows an M3 controller. I would think that latest version would be able to take whatever updates are needed.

I have several with the ECM blower, too.

I have not worked on a lot of Lennox equipment. Most of it it I see is old and at least ten seer and runs fine because it was taken care of. But I seem to remember an old condensing unit that had a two speed hermetic in it. And I think they were separate motors too. It was shees 22 years ago. Does that sound right?

It has an M2 board. A 2010 unit predates the M3 by several years.

Lennox is funny like that. Because the models numbers have been in use for so long, when you search for info with just the model number, you'll get the most current version, not necessarily what you actually want. It's ok, normally, because other than the controller, there's generally no other substantial changes in the series, at least none that make the documentation useless.

The unit in question is a 2010 unit with a "1" revision code. I already knew from the age it had to be an M2, and DaveNet confirmed it from the serial.

Anyway, I guess this has nothing to do with OPs actual problem. How is the unit being controlled? Tstat or network? Does the fan come on in test mode?

Yes, I had already decided that the published info was wrong. Google produced the correlation between the model number and the brochure. No M3 controllers were floating about in 2010.

To the best of my memory, the older GCS units had a small recip in them, a single speed hermetic.
