I like how they used the exclamation point with No Benefits!

I checked my skilled trades section of craigslist and found this winner:

HVAC Heating & A/C Freelancer Needed (Union City, NJ)

We are looking for a freelancer who can come and fix our HVAC Heating Unit. It does not turn on last year it worked fine. Please send me your resume and phone number where we can reach you. My dad would call that a scab ad. Maybe in decline of business some side jobbers can fill these highly desired positions, to maintain the quality of there market consumers.

you get all kinds of wacko's. when I lived in phoenix, after 2 weeks at one company my boss called me in his office and told me I wasn't selling enough parts. he said my parts need to be at least as much as labor or more. if labor for the job is 250.00 then I should have 250.00 worth of parts or more. he also said he wasn't concerned about repeat business, that he gets plenty of new calls all the time. I quit and went to work for a real company.

I think that was somebody being just a little sarcastic. Sounds like a disgruntled service tech reaching out to a boss man.

I think you are right. If not, it would be interesting to know who has applied for the job.
