    I dont install leaks, i just fix em

    was this easy to find??
    could the other tech missed it?
    what made you inspect the heat exchanger on the service call?
    was the gas pressure too high or the delta t too high?
    why did it crack?
    I WILL SELL WORK,GENERATE BUSINESS, GO GET NEW CUSTOMERS!

    its manditory to inspect ht ex on ALL service calls , ive seen em bust in 2 yrs!

    CO detectors *should* be mandatory wherever combustion appliances exist. It'd be one of the few codes I'd be in support of.
