I recently purchased a new (to me) 36 year old home and need to update the old leaky musty dirty HVAC. I have called several contractors in my area and have only come across one that has any experience with residential zoning. I'd like to have some informed conversations with experienced HVAC folks that service Huntsville Alabama to see what makes sense for my applications and needs. Does anyone have any contractor recommendations for a residential zoned system in Huntsville Alabama?

Current system is 2 electric heat pump systems (both about 10 years old): 1 servicing the 500 sf basement + 1500 sf first floor (air handler in crawl space), 1 servicing the 1300 sf second floor (air handler in attic). I'm also looking at installing a high-performance fireplace insert (Pacific Energy Summit) and looking at ways to optimize heat distribution with strategic placement of returns/supplies.
