Is this guy related to the boss? I worked with a guy who did work like this, he was the bosses brother.

I know what you mean. I think there is omething going on with the boss and the dispatcher. Maybe he caught them....I dont know.All I know is that his work is starting to come back and bite us in the @$$.

Does he understand the purpose of an auxiliary drain ? In second picture he has primary and auxiliary piped into same condensate. Was this inspected ?

damn if your boss is ok with that hack work i'd have to say you should move on and not be associated in any way with a hack like that. that kinda work is just a lack of respect for the customer and the company..........brutal.

Shameful! I'll bet that your boss charges a pretty penny too for those installs.
I would not be able to look at the homeowners in the eye even after it's fixed.

Also, if that tech is favored by the boss for whatever reason, you better watch your anus. If you tick him off for correcting his mistakes and he gets mad, you will find yourself without a job in no time.
So not only do you have to fix his mess, but you better kiss up to him too.
