Help: Weil McClain Ultra 105 Lockout Issue
I recently (November 17th) purchased a WM Ultra 105 with the help of this forum and had it installed by a local Union plumber in NJ. He installed 3 zone baseboard system in addition to indirect WM H/W heater. The system works great with one exception. The boiler, when being called for Baseboard heat, after about 10-15 minutes, goes into soft lockout with error code: Return > Supply. I have read on several forums there is sometimes an issue with Supply water too fast, but have not found anything on Return > Supply.
The local plumber could not find anything wrong with the system nor could another contractor. We have been trying to get a hold of someone at WM with no luck.
I have recorded the last two lockout stats:
Supply: 178 166
Return: 161 153
Target: 180 180
outdoor: 33 32
I have tried moving the sensors in different positions hoping that would possibly solve the issue. My plumber is curious if there is anything else he can do to troubleshoot the issue? We still have phone calls into WM hoping to have them returned!
Any help would be great as it is soft lockout for the first 20 resets. After that, it goes to hard lockout until you reset it.
The Boiler Manual shows an error for Supply > Return but nothing for Return > Supply
If anyone has any ideas, please help!

Completely understand no DIY and understand it's all professionals livelihood! I was simply asking for other professional advise as my plumber and another contractor could not fix the issue and had no where else to turn.
Update: I was able to get a hold of a tech at WM and the issue is now resolved. While my contractor reversed the thermostats, he never cycled the unit causing them to continue with their old readings and not reset. Once reversed AND reset the issue was corrected.

Actually, it does have a section for return > supply.
Its usually an installer error, or forgotten step.
Let him read the manual, it has suggestions.

I would be intrested in a pic too. Ive came accross many Ultra systems that were not pipe correctly and people were getting the lock-out problem.
