    This was actually the best tasting turkey I have ever had - not dry at all.
    I am not aware of the deep fry method (at least not in the UK) for turkeys and the like - only for small bits of e.g. chicken

    I have cooked a large Turkey "not that large" but it come out great, you just have to cook it
    at a lot lower heat for a longer period of time, I also used the cooking bags to cook it in.

    We had a chirstmas breakfast because of all the places we needed to go to.
