That sure is a big one. I think they tend to keep them smaller so they don't dry out while cooking.

Do you ever use the deep fry method over there?

This was actually the best tasting turkey I have ever had - not dry at all.
I am not aware of the deep fry method (at least not in the UK) for turkeys and the like - only for small bits of e.g. chicken

I have cooked a large Turkey "not that large" but it come out great, you just have to cook it
at a lot lower heat for a longer period of time, I also used the cooking bags to cook it in.
