Have a RHEEM (Weather King) LP furnace that we just installed set inlet at gas valve 11" wc and outlet 6" wc, runs all day and at night when temps are (-2 to 8 degrees F) furnace locks out on "loss of flame" Any ideas... This one is kickin my rear! Thanks & Merry Christmas!

Not a 2 stage is it? Simple enough, actual orfice hole size determines the firing rate per orfice at the provided pressure x # of orfices needs to = the firing rate of the equipment

Incase anyone is keeping track. This really bugged the SH^* out of me and I went out yesterday (Christmas Day) to work on this kids were done opening presents and it was to cold to do anything else. Anyway I set the valve to 10" even and and still the same problem, Found the old tank Regulator on old tank replaced the reg and the son of a gun took off.... noooooo problems. Thanks guys for all your help!!!!
