    When I was a kid my father would swipe some raw hamburger before mother made meat loaf. I liked it too with a little pepper and salt. As my father explained it, "The rich people put a raw egg on it and call it 'steak tartare'.

    Then I got into the refrigeration trade. One day I was working in a market and I bumped into the meat grinder and 3 cockroaches ran out of the hopper. Another thing on my list, Earl. No steak tartare.

    My whole family thinks this is a treat, mostly during the holidays! I can't even stand to be around it though. They have a little less proper name for it though, "cannibal sandwiches". The name alone gives me the willies.

    a guy i work with eats pickled eggs makes me want to barf.
    And some **** one of my wifes friends eats blood pudding ,good lord i am gagging now
