Have you ever performed a pressure test on a pulse?
We paid for one after that we just got a gauge and lot of rubber plugs, like the one for you boat drain.
Cant remember what you pressurized it to or had to hold sorry
I am looking for a Lennox Pulse furnace pressure test kit. I have one customer with one of these furnaces and I need to test their chamber. I am having a hard time finding a kit. I found one online for $185.00, but that is tough to swallow considering these furnaces are outdated and I only have one to service. Anyone ????

I believe it should hold 4psi for around 5 min. What kind of problems are you having?
How many plugs will I need to test this ? No, I have never tested a Pulse. I am in a pickle though, my customer has this furnace and no one local to deal with it. I am capable of handling this furnace, just having a hard time with getting info.
I have one or two test kits in my storage locker that I might let go, if I can find them. Check with me later in the week.
Warning: Just because I am over the head injury doesn't mean I'm normal!
The day I stop learning.... I'm dead!
if it loses 4psi in ten minutes it's done
you need a plug for the tail piece, a plug for the air inlet behind the air flapper and you need a fitting to screw into the gas inlet in place of the gas flapper with your pressure gage and air inlet fitting.
or if you want to pressure test the venting system you need a plug for the termination, 2 plugs for the condensate drain and vent and an 1/8" pipe plug for the pressure switch port.
Have you got your pulse running. I take care of about 200+, talk to me!
