I have to wonder about working for a person that can not spell.
If you can't spell basic English how do you run a business or be competent in HVAC?

NEET is an acronym for the government classification "Not currently engaged in Employment, Education or Training". It was first used in the United Kingdom but its use has spread to other countries, including Japan, China and South Korea.
In the United Kingdom, the classification comprises people aged between 16 and 18 (some 16 year olds are still of compulsory school age). In England, Wales and Northern Ireland students must finish year 11 (year 12 in Northern Ireland). Nope not even close to an English teacher. I did choose to go to school to get an education to work on HVAC systems, which means I have to know how to read and write. I expect the same from my employer.

If I see typos or misspelled words on an employer's job listing, I don't even bother applying. It tells me that either the owner or the people hired on by him/her aren't too bright.
Nobody wants to work for someone who doesn't know what they're doing.

Seriously, we have lost our language to a great extent. Between a poor education system, text-speak, acceptance of foreign languages as normal, and spell checkers, the common language is barely recognizable as English.
Reading work tickets almost requires a translator.
The question I have about the original post is this, did the employer makes thos mistakes? Where was this ad seen?

Yes the employer, and under skilled trades in a local ad.

I doubt if the employer typed the ad into the newspaper computer. Probably a teen aged intern.

Would you bet, for example, that the ad was not placed from the hiring manager's home computer, by his seventh grader while he dictated the text from his seat on the couch?
What I'm suggesting is that there are many explanations for a misspelling today.
