The funny thing of the internet is I can't speak to you literally. I have to type what I'm feeling and thinking. I'm not an author, I have my limits. Emoticons don't always work well either, I can't see if your serious or joking. However I do my best. Right back at you.
"Needed, skilled experieced leed installer. Quality is required!! If you are a motivated, neet, organized, skilled hvac installer with some layout experience. Reply to this with your resume. If you are not a self starter or a motivated person do not apply."
I have to wonder about working for a person that can not spell.
If you can't spell basic English how do you run a business or be competent in HVAC?
I know numerous, intelligent individuals that are excellent mechanics/technicians that cannot spell very well at all. I would put them up with the best - actually if I were to start my own company I would want them working for me.
I've ran into numerous individuals that own companies that are of decent size - up to twenty employees that I tell myself, "If they can do it, surely I can." However, many times there is someone in the background that you are not accounting for - wife, secretary, other. Some of the comments I've heard from the employee's are how great the company is to work for and how easy going the boss is. If I was interested I would apply for this job, and then also do some research on the company to make sure it is legit. I would rather have a down to earth boss that cannot spell, than an arrogant, perfect spelling boss any day.
Also the company is the one hiring and paying for the ad - they can put it out there anyway they want. Although if I was going in for the interview I just might try to wait for the right moment to slip the spelling error in the add in - "So were you wanting LEED certification on this install position?" Oh you meant Lead Installer.
