illegal name in FX40...
So I was installing a FX40 today and went to power it up and start dumping stuff in. Went to FX workbench pro 1.2 and tried to connect to the platform and discovered this error. Cannot display page: illegal name "york -etfs512"
What's up? The fx was manufactured in Oct. 08.
Thanks in advance.

I believe that is a platform error?? Right tool/brand and daemon??
-
yup, as far as I know. Fx40, FX Workbench Pro 1.2, and daemon running.

A FX made in October most probably has AX3.3 embedded, so you will need the FXworkbench 2.0

That is what I was afeared of. I have heard a viscious rumor that 2.0 is kinda expensive. I only have 7 dollars in my wallet.

Do you work with other AX products?
-
Yup. Are there any negative results using the AX bench? I have heard that it can cause a problem with scheduling?

Have not tried Example A since 3.0. But example B most definitely works with 3.3.
