How are you searching for cracks in the Duracurves??

We're using the Visible Defects LLC ultraviolet dye. Drop the blower out, spray the inside, stick your UV flashlight in the burner chambers and watch the dye leech in.

I love that dye, we use it all the time. I've found cracks with it that my SeeSnake missed.

Haven't tried that stuff yet.....need to field test it....

I use the Inspector camera and a little water....works great also

whoever thought those rings were a good idea...... should be taken out back and beaten with a hose

Most of the manufacturers still think that crimp rings are a good idea. (Except for Rheem, york, Goodman/Amana)
