    low salt rub

    I can't remember who it was off hand but wasn't someone trying to come up with a low salt rub? How is that coming along. I was asked by a friend of mine at work to smoke a brisket for Christmas with a low,(no) salt rub.

    Two parts Vinegar with one part oil, marinate 24 hours with spices. I like using apple cider vinegar for pork, white vinegar for beef and chicken. For Shrimp, Two parts lime juice, one part oil, marinate 8 to 12 hours, no longer.
