    cool tool, but that fish is still full of bones. they only removed the back bone. left the ribs and the smaller bones. i love to trout fish and have my own way to clean them. they go from swimming in the river to boneless fillet in less than 30 seconds. i'll post a video soon as i figure out how. we had a race 1 day ( my self and another fella) skinned and fillet 30 trout in less than 13 minutes. see what you have started ? my wife just looked over my shoulder and seen what i was typing. now im gona have smoked trout for supper
